What are the charges for Breakfast?
Does the hotel have Smoking Rooms or Floors?

Answer:
The Pool is outdoor and is irregular in shape. It is unusual, as it is privately located on the first
floor and is only partially open to direct sunlight. It contains a variety of pressurised water features and is
surrounded by lush vegetation. There are several secluded lounging areas and a bridge which gives access
to the spa pavillion.
The water itself is fresh water and it is of course chlorinated according to recognised safety standards. The water is not subject to any temperature control.
Transport via private car, tuk tuk and motorbike can be arranged at a kiosk outside of the International
airport arrivals area. However, we recommend that guests pre-book a private Lexus car, through the hotel
Reservations section, at USD20+tax each way.
Tuk tuks and motorbikes can easily be found in town.
Guests are advised to consult their doctor before traveling, if intending to travel outside of the cities.
The hotel uses a variety of methods to prevent discomfort of guests by Mosquitoes. This includes bi-weekly fogging of garden areas and exterior of hotel, insect coil use in outside dining areas, provision of personal insect repellant applicators in all food outlets and pool, and provision of electric mosquito repellant and aerosol can repellants in rooms. Whilst it is impossible to entirely prevent ingress of flying insects into the hotel, our methods generally keep mosquito presence to an acceptable level.
Deluxe rooms have a built-in sofa-bed which can be converted into an Extra Bed. The sofa-bed is suitable
for up to two younger children or an older child or third adult.
Deluxe Suites and Duplex Spa Suites can accommodate a roll-away extra-bed for a third adult or children. The cost of an extra bed (or sofa-bed) is USD30+tax per night. All rooms and suites can accommodate a crib which is provided free of charge.
Complimentary Breakfast for two persons may be included within your package. Please check your
package details.
If your package does not include breakfast, a combination of buffet style and a la carte breakfast is available at around USD17+tax per adult. Children (under 13 years) may have breakfast at 50% discount.
Smoking is allowed in selected rooms and in outdoor areas.
Please ensure you book a smoking room if necessary.
The Credit Cards accepted by the hotel include Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express.
Cards must, of course, be valid throughout the length of your stay.
